On the top floor of the wind mill is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Leading off the dining room there are stairs to the ground floor, where there is a small seating area with a fireplace and a built-in sofa bed. On this level there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,  second bedroom with two built-in single beds with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom.

Connected to the main house there is a large guest house, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Near the Barbecue area there are two  guest houses, each with a bedroom (double bed) and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate staff room with an en-suite bathroom.

The villa is surrounded by various large terraces, with stone built arches giving a dramatic affect. On one terrace is the large swimming pool with a covered seating and dining area, together with a bar. On another terrace is a large barbecue area with a wood oven and a built-in stone dining table.
