    The villa is in the area of Agios Nicholaos, Anavissos with a fantastic sea view. The villa is in a small complex of 4 villas, each one completely independent and private.

    The villa is on three levels, the ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen and a guest w.c. Leading off the living room is a large balcony, with a dining and seating area from where one has a fantastic sea view.  On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bath. a few steps up is another guest w.c. Leading from the living room there are stairs leading to the lower floor that consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room on the lower floor leads out on to a large patio.

    3 minutes by car is the beach of Agios Nicholaos, a car is recommended as it is steep climb back to the house. The town of Anavissos is 5 minutes by car from the villa, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars.

    Amenities: TV, internet, air-conditioning, Hobs, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, linen and towels, iron and board, parking for 2 cars.

    No smoking in the house, pets not allowed, check-in 2pm and check-out 12 noon. Refundable Damage Guarantee 200 euro.

    The prices are for 6 people, every person above this amount is an extra cost of 20 euro, up to ten people max.

    Prices:  For up to six people – January to April 130 euro per day, May  150 euro per day, June 180 euro per day, July and August 200 euro per day,  September 150 euro per day, October to December 130 euro per day. Over 6 people 10 euro per person per day
