Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is in a small complex with three other houses, each with its own swimming pool. The property is 7 kilometers from the harbor and 2 kilometers from the nearest beach Xyla. The road from the harbor to the house is a dirt road.

The villa is on three levels and consists of ground floor a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining area. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Below the ground floor are two more master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms lead out on to a large covered balcony with a fantastic sea view. On this level there is a fourth bedroom with a small seating area and a guest w.c.

Leading off the living room is a large terrace with an infinity swimming pool.
