Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is 15 minutes by car from the Harbor of Korissia and 5 minutes from the organized beach of Spathi. The villa is two levels and offers a panoramic sea view. The raised ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen a dining area and a w.c. On the ground floor (at the level of the swimming pool), there is master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom (no window) and a storage room. Leading off the living room there is a large covered balcony, where one can sit and enjoy the view.
