The ground floor has the living room with the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room has large balcony doors that lead to a balcony on one side and a second set leading to the pool area, BBQ,outdoor dining area and a comfortable seating area. On the first floor there is master bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there are two bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with single beds and one bathroom. All three bedrooms on the lower level have balcony doors that lead to the lower garden.
