Stylish stone built villa with a swimming pool and sea view for rent on the island of Kea (LP1411)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats a day going to and from the island. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa, which is 125sq meters, is in a small complex with four other houses, each one completely independent of each other and with their own swimming pools.

The villa is on two levels and consists of a well lit living room , a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a guest w.c. On the lower level there is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On this level, there are also another two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a set of bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside the living room is a large terrace with a swimming pool and garden with fig trees, olive trees and various green bushes. Near the pool are various seating areas from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view as well as the amazing sunsets. Close to the villa and swimming pool  is a barbecue and two pergolas,  with two stone made dining tables, offering protection from the hot summer sun.
