The villa is on the waterfront in the small picturesque village of Stomio, Corinthia. The property has a large swimming pool and a garden with a covered barbecue. Straight across from the villa are some steps that lead directly to the sea. This property is ideal fro those that want to have relaxing holiday and enjoy the beautiful crystal clear waters.

The villa has a large outdoor area with an umbrella and dining area close to the swimming pool, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view, whilst having a sip of wine or take a dip in the pool. Near the pool are some stone built benches with cushions and at the other end of the property is a garden with a covered BBQ area with a stone built table for 8 people.

The villa is on three levels. The ground floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a breakfast area and a guest w.c. The first floor has a master bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms on the first floor have a sea view. The lower ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a sofa bed, one guest w.c. and a bathroom with a shower.
