Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. From the airport to the Port of Lavrio it takes 20 to 25 minutes. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats a day going to and from the island. The villa is in the area of Kastriani, 15 to 20 minutes from the port of Kea (Korissia).

The villa is in a small complex with three other villas, each one completely independent of each other and with a private entrance. Only this villa has a swimming pool. The property is on two levels and has a large outdoor area, part of which is closed off with glass to protect from the August winds. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a breakfast area and a w.c. Outside the ground floor are two dining areas and a seating area, both covered with a pergola, to protect from the hot summer sun. Near the dining areas is a BBQ and parking for 4 cars. On the lower ground floor that leads onto a large terrace and the swimming pool are the bedrooms. There is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with a single bed (1.20 x 200) and a sofa bed and a second bathroom.
