Family villa with a swimming pool and sea view for rent on the Island of Kea (LP1372)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is close to the main town of the island Ioulis and near to a junction leading to the beaches of Spathi, Orco, Sikamia, Pisses and Koundouros. The property has large terraces and covered seating areas where one can sit and relax, while enjoying the sea view as well as the spectacular sunsets. Around the swimming pool there are sunbeds and near the pool a Barbecue and covered dining area.

The villa is on two levels, the raised ground floor has a living room with a fully quipped open-plan kitchen a dining area and a guest w.c. On the the lower ground floor, that leads onto a large terrace there is a large master bedroom (double bed) with an-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has a double bed and the  third bedroom has bunk beds, the lower bed has another bed that can join to make a Queen size double bed. The the house can sleep 7 people in total.
