Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The property is located in the area of Broskopos, it is ideal for those that want to “get away from it all”. It takes about 20 minutes by car (from the Port of Korrissia) to reach the  house, 4 kilometers of which is a dirt road, so a 4 X 4 is recommended. The house is on one level quite close to a sandy beach, 1.5 kilometers. There is lower floor to the house, which might be occupied by the owners. The house has a large living room with a fantastic sea view, a fireplace, a dining area for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Outside there are are various dining and seating areas where one can sit and enjoy the sea view as well as the stunning sunsets.
