Two villas on the waterfront with swimming pools and direct access to the sea (LP1336)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. The island has kept its natural charm and is ideal for people that are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There are few hotels on the island, so private houses are rented out, most of them made from the local stone.

This property is located in the area of Mellisaki, 10 minutes by car from the port (Korrisia). The villa is on the waterfront and is set in a small complex of 10 houses, each completely independent and private. At the side of the complex there are steps leading to a small private sandy beach.

Both villas have large terraces with a sweet water swimming pools,  shaded dining and seating areas, a sun bathing area and another   dining area. From the terraces,  one can sit back and enjoy the amazing sea view as well as the stunning sunsets.

Inside Villa A, which has been tastefully decorated, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, which leads onto a balcony, with a fantastic sea view. On this level there is also a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower ground floor there is a large bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

In Villa B, which again has been tastefully decorated, giving one a feeling of relaxation and peace, there is a living room with  a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, that leads on to a balcony with a fantastic sea view. On this level there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower ground floor there is large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
