Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.
The villa is on four levels, consisting of two independent maisonettes (50sq meters each) and one large studio (60sq meters). The ground floor, which comes out on the level of the swimming pool, has a living room with a fireplace, a seating area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and a guest bathroom with a shower. Above the ground floor is the studio, which has a double bed, two built-in sofas (which can sleep 2 children) and a bathroom with a shower. On the second and third level are the two maisonettes, which are on two levels. The first level of each maisonette has a fully equipped kitchen (with an oven, refrigerator, hobs, kettle and a toaster) and a breakfast area. Leading off the kitchen is a balcony, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view, whilst have breakfast. The second level of the maisonettes has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Outside the bedroom there is a small seating area.
Outside the ground floor living room, there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, a BBQ, wood oven and covered dining an seating areas, from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and fantastic sunsets, whilst sipping a glass of local wine.
