The villa is set on a 4,000sq meters plot of land. The villa is on two levels,  the first level has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with  a breakfast area, a w/c and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second level, which can be used as a guest house has a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Leading off the living room there is an internal courtyard with many trees and plants.  In front of the house there is a large covered veranda with a stunning sea view.
