In the summer months, the atmosphere of the Island is magical with amazing sunsets and incredible moonlit nights. The climate on Paros is not extremely hot, as there is a gentle wind, known as the “Meltemia”, which is ideal for surfers. Parikia, which is the capital of the Island, has a busy nightlife with restaurants, bars and cafes. In Parikia one can also find banks, a post office, a health center and the main port of the Island. Naoussa, is the second best known town of Paros, a picturesque but very cosmopolitan fishing village with excellent restaurants and a busy nightlife. The villa is 200 meters from the beach of Nea Xrisi Akti, a well known surfers beach. The house, which is on three levels, is set on a 1,000sq meters plot of land. The villa is in a small complex and shares the swimming pol with two other houses.

On the raised ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the first floor

there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, leading on to a private balcony with a fantastic sea view. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with one bathroom. The villa is ideal for a group of friends of 2 families as the ground floor has a separate entrance.
