Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The maisonette is in a complex with 6 other houses on a 10,000sq meters plot of land, two kilometers from Ioulida the capital of Kea.

There are seven two-story guest houses built using local stone, surrounded by lush gardens. Each two-story house has its own distinctive interior and art work.

The houses are a blend of marble, stone, granite and wood, and the gardens are decorated with statues, stone pots and other artifacts. Stone walkways lead to a large infinity pool. The maisonette has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a w.c.

The property is ideal for company retreats, yoga groups. Large family with guests.

Amenities: fire-place, electric heating, TV and sound systems,linen and towels provided, bathrobes, internet, hobs, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, juice extractor, kettle, toaster, balconies, outdoor eating area, parking area, washing and drying facilities are available (upon request with extra charge).
