Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island,  private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The villa is set on a 5,000 sq meters plot of land, within walking distance of the sea. The main house has a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also two guest houses, one is 50 sq meters and has an open- plan area with a kitchen, a raised sleeping area, a bathroom and a living area with a fireplace. The second guest house is 70 sq meters and again is open plan with a seating area with a fireplace, a sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom.

In total the property sleeps 8 people.

Outside there are two bars, two BBQ’s and various covered seating and dining areas.

Cleaning and changing of the sheets twice a week is included in the price.
