The villa is set on a 4 , 000 sq meters plot of land in the area of Koundouros. The house consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, four large bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest house with one bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. There is a large outdoor area with covered verandas with seating and dining areas and a BBQ.
