Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. The property is in the area of Otzia – Akrotiri. Villa Katerina sleeps 13  people and is set on a 2,000sq meters plot of land, 80 meters from the sea. The property consists of a 150sq meters main house, three guest houses, a large infinity swimming pool , a separate storage area, a BBQ, an outdoor oven, a pool shower, covered parking for one car and open parking for three cars. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one WC.  All three guest houses have a bedroom and a bathroom.

Facilities: Sleeps 13 people, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms with showers, one w. c. 3 guest houses with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. In two of the guest houses there are sofa beds.
