2 bedroom maisonette overlooking the Bay of Otzia (LP1593)

Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the Island in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The maisonette is in the area of Otzia and is 700 meters from the beach. 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to walk back. Otzia beach has umbrellas and sunbeds of part of the beach and the rest is free. There are 2 tavernas opposite the beach.

The maisonette has a private entrance and is on one level. There is a living room, which has a sea view, has a sofa bed for one person, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one bed is 1.80 X 2 meters and the other 2.00 X 2 meters. Please note one of the bedrooms has an internal window that looks onto the  living room. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

Outside there are 2 verandas, one has a sofa with 2 armchairs and a sea view. The front veranda has a large dining table for 8 people, again with a sea view.

Amenities:

Internet, wifi, mosquito blinds, air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the living room. The second bedroom has a stand up fan, fireplace, Flat screen TV, black out blinds, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, iron and board, hairdryer, hot water, stove top, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, nespresso machine, kettle, sandwich maker, multi blender, Line and towels provide, parking.

Check in 3pm and check out 11am. No pets allowed, no smoking allowed in the house, No parties or events allowed, no sub-letting allowed.

Cleaning fee 40 euro, Damage Guarantee 200 euro. 10 euro per day Climate change tax.

April to 13th July 2 nights minimum stay, 14th July to 31st July 3 nights minimum stay, August 4 nights minimum stay, September and October 2 nights minimum stay.
