Otzia Bay House, only a 5 minute walk to the beach of Otzia (LP1590).

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels  on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses are made from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The property, which is 110sq meters, is located in the Bay of Otzia, which is 8 minutes by car from the Port of Kea (Korissia). The last 250 meters is a dirt road, a 4 X 4 is not necessary. The Beach of Otzia is only a 5 minutes walk from the house, close to the beach there are 2 restaurants/Tavernas.

The house is one one level, however there are some steps in the living room area. The house consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sea view, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. Thee are 3 steps from the living room to the bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a raised bed (1.40 X 2.00) and below it is a sofa bed for another 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (90 X 2.00) and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed (1.60 X 2.00). There are 2 bathrooms, on with a bath and one with a shower.

Outside there is a large veranda with 2 dining tables, one for 6 people and one for 8 people. From the veranda one has a fantastic view of the beach of Otzia.

Amenities: Internet, WiFi, mosquito blinds, heating, solar panels for hot water, air-conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom has a stand up fan, microwave,oven, electric stove top, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, multi blender, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, linen, towels and beach towels provided, dishes an utensils provided, 40″ Smart TV in one of the bedrooms, 32″ TV in the living room, hairdryer, baby cot, iron and board, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, parking for 2 to 3 cars.

House rules: No smoking in the house, pets considered, no parties or events. Guests are kindly requested to close the air-conditioning units when they are not in the house and the turn off the lights when not needed. Check in after 3pm and check-out by 11am. Refundable Damage Guarantee 350 euro. One off cleaning fee 60 euro.

Minimum stay: 3 nights February, March, April, May, September, October, November and December. June 4 nights, July and August 5 nights. Easter 4 nights.
