Amazing 2 bedroom independent apartment overlooking the picturesque Marina of Vourkari (LP1571)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private home are rented out, most of these houses are built from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The apartment/maisonette is in the area of Vourkari, the picturesque marina of the island. There are 2 apartments in total, each one completely independent of the other. Each one has its own private entrance and they overlook the bay of Vourkari and offer amazing sea and sunset views. This apartment/maisonette is ideal for those want to be close to the restaurants, cafes and bars, without the noise.  The apartment can also be rented in the winter months as it has heating (boiler).

The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds, that can be joined to make a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a large shaded veranda with a a dining table, from there you have the most amazing view. Just sit back enjoy the view and relax!!

House rules: No smoking in the house, pets upon request, no parties or events allowed. Check-in after 3pm and check out by 11am. Refundable Damage Guarantee 300 euro.

Minimum stay March, April and May minimum stay 2 nights, June minimum stay  3 nights, July and August 4 nights minimum stay, September and October 2 nights, November to February 2 nights minimum stay. Cleaning fee 40 euro per stay.

Holy Spirit break: 200 euro per night, 3 nights minimum stay.

Discount: for bookings of 7 nights and above 5% discount.
