Luxurious modern villa with a swimming pool and sea view, very close to a sandy beach for rent on the island of Kea (LP1553)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are four to five ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are very few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Mot of these homes are built from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa is in the area of Xyla, which is 10 minutes by car from the Port of Kea. The villa, which is new, has been built to highest standards and is set over the beautiful sandy beach of Xyla, just a 5 minute walk to the beach.. The main part of the villa is on one level and consists of a living room with large balcony doors overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. Near the living room is the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. Leading off the living room are two master bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can join to make a double bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Outside the living room is a large terrace with a swimming pool (depth 1.50 meters), a dining area and seating, all offering a fantastic sea and sunset view. From the terrace thee are stairs leading to the guest house, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

House Rules:

No smoking in the house, no pets allowed, check-in 3pm and check out by 11am. Maximum capacity 6 people. No loud music is allowed in the outdoor areas. Refundable Damage Guarantee 600  euro. Cleaning fee 70 euro per stay. Minimum stay 3 nights April,May to 19th June,  20th June  to 31st August minimum stay 5 nights,  September to 31st October 3 nights minimum stay.
