“Angelos”, the perfect beach house for rent on the island of Kea (LP1524)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to mainland Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. most these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The property is in the area of Marades (facing west), 5 minutes by car from the port of the island. The villa has 2 levels, each floor is completely independent and private, this is “Angleos” which is on the ground floor.  From the terrace there is a fantastic sea view. At the far end of the private terrace there are steps leading to the beach.

Description:

The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa. There is a large terrace with fantastic sea views and shaded areas to sit and dine. Inside there is a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom , a bathroom and a second small bedroom for one person.

Minimum stay 3 nights, July and August 4 nights minimum. Refundable Damage Guarantee 200 euro. Check in 3pm – Check out 11am. Maximum capacity 3 people, over 2 people 50 euro per day. Cleaning fee 40 euro per stay.
