Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island every day. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Kea, is known as the hidden gem of the Cycladic islands and is definitely worth a visit.

The complex consists of three houses, each one completely independent and with a 65sq meters communal swimming pool. The whole complex was completely renovated in 2019. Two of the houses are for rent, each one has two apartments, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. They all have a minimal design and have been decorated to the highest standard.

The house/apartments are ideal for 4 families or a large group of friends. The property is in the area of Koundouros and is 300 meters from the beach of Koundouraki, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, a cafe/bar and water sports. Koundouros has 6 sandy beaches, two of them organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouros also has a mini market and three restaurants. Pisses, which is 5 minutes from Koundouros has a large mini market and 2 restaurants.

House 2: The apartment is on the ground floor and has a living room with a built in sofa, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a bathroom. Outside there is a shaded veranda with a built in sofa and a dining table.

House 3: The apartment is on the first floor and has a living room with a built in sofa, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a bathroom. Outside there is a shaded veranda with a built in sofa and a dining table.

House 4: The apartment is on the ground floor and has a living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Outside there is a shaded veranda with a built in sofa and a dining table.

House Rules: 

No smoking in the apartment, no pets allowed, no parties or events allowed. Children should supervised around the pool area. Guests are kindly requested to respect “quiet time” from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night (no loud music).

Check-in after 3pm and check out by 11.am. Luggage drop off is available. Minimum stay 3 nights except for June, July and August where the minimum stay is 4 nights. Cleaning fee 110 euro per stay. Refundable Damage Guarantee 550 euro. 10 euro per day climate change tax.
