Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day during the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these houses have been built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa overlooks the Port of Korissia and is 2 minutes by car from the shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars, an idle location for those that want to be close to everything. The beach of Gialiskari is also 2 minutes by car from the villa and the picturesque marina of Vourkari, with its well known fish restaurants, bars and cafes another 2 minutes.

The villa has a large terrace with a swimming pool, a shaded BBQ and dining area, shaded seating areas and parking for 4 cars.

Description: A luxurious living room with a dining area, which looks out on the bay of Korissia and the swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen and a guest w.c. On the first floor there is are two master bedrooms with sea views and en-suite bathrooms. On the lower floor there is a large bedroom with a seating area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Outside the villa and near to the main entrance, there is a guest house/room with an en-suite bathroom.

Guests are kindly requested to respect “quiet time” from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night. Children should be supervised around the pool area.
