Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these houses are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. Kea is known as the hidden gem in the Cycladic islands, as it has kept its original character and charm. Kea a holiday to remember!

The villa, which is 185sq meters on a 1,000sq meters plot of land, is located in the area of Xyla just two minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beach of Xyla. Surrounding the villa are several terraces, all with sea views. The front large terrace has a shaded dining area, where one can sit and relax whilst enjoying the amazing sea and sunset view. The villa is split into three parts, the main house and two guest houses.

The main house has a large living room with a fireplace and a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a ceiling fan and in the living room air-conditioning. There are two guest houses, each one is 40sq meters. Guest house One has a large bedroom area with a queen size bed, two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning and a small fridge. Guest house Two has a queen size bed, two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a small fridge and a ceiling fan.
