Stone built waterfront villa with direct access to the sandy beach of Spathi, on the island of Kea (LP1439)

Kea, also known as Tzia,  is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats in the summer months going to and from the island. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these homes have been built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. Kea is known as the “hidden gem” in the Cycladic islands, as it has kept its original charm.

The villa is in the area of Spathi, with direct access to the sea. Spathi has a well known beautiful sandy beach, with a beach bar, cafe and restaurant. The beach also offers, umbrellas, sunbeds and water sports.  The location is ideal fro those that want to just sit back and relax.

The villa, which is 140sq meters, is set on a 4,800sq meters plot of land, with steps leading directly to the sea. Spathi is 18 kilometers from the Port of Kea, the last 4 kilometers are a dirt road.

Description: The villa is on two levels, the first level has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. From the living room and dining area there are balcony doors that lead to a covered veranda, from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view. On the lower level there is a master bedroom with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom, a second bedroom with a fireplace and an “open” sleeping area with two single beds near the stairs, ideal for children.

Amenities: Mosquito blinds on all the windows, internet, stone barbecue, 5 air-conditioning units, heating, 42″ flat screen TV, DVD player, DVD library, stereo, music library, books, toys, table games, oven, Hobs, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine, espresso machine, toaster, multi-blender, juice extractor, electric vacuum cleaner, linen and towels provided, dishes and utensils provided, ice maker, bottled water machine, iron and board, first aid kit, parking, indoor dining table for 10 people, 4 sunbeds, baby cot, welcome basket with wine and fruit.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, children should be supervised in the outdoor areas, check-in after 3pm – check-out by 11am. Refund Damage Guarantee 600 euro. Minimum stay 4 nights. 14th July  to 23rd August minimum stay is 5 nights. One off cleaning fee of 70 euro.
