Small stylish stone house with a fantastic sea view, overlooking the Port of Kea (LP1451)

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day during the summer months. as there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer. Most of these houses are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The house overlooks the port of the island and is ideal for a small family or a small group of friends. The property is within walking distance of the restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarket and bars. Only about 500 meters away from the house is the beautiful organized sandy beach of Gialiskari.

The house is on two levels, the ground floor has a living room with dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a guest w.c. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep two people on single beds. From the living and dining area there are glass doors that lead to a shaded balcony which offers an amazing sea view. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

No smoking in the house, pets not allowed, no parties or events. Guests are kindly requested to respect “quiet time” from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night. Check-in after 3pm and check-out by 11am. Refundable damage guarantee 300 euro.
