Villa Sandra Maria, which is in a small complex of 3 villas, each one with its own swimming pool and completely independent of each other, is in the area of Otzia only 7 minutes from the Port of Kea and 5 minutes from the picturesque Marine of Vourkari, with its restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques. The villa is 160sq meters comprising of a main house of 100sq meters, a guest house of 35sqmeters and a second guest house of 25sq meters.. Outside there is a 250sq meters terrace offering a panoramic sea view, with various seating areas and a 40sq meters infinity swimming pool.

Ground floor:  A well lit living room with a dining area and a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

1st floor: A spacious master bedroom with a King size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outside the bedroom there is a balcony offering a panoramic sea view.

Independent 1st Guest house (35sq meters): A spacious studio with a dining area and a fireplace, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a sofa, flat screen TV,a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outside the guest guest there is a seating/dining area with a sea view.

Independent 2nd Guest house (25sq meters): One bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a fridge and a coffee station. Outside there is a private terrace with a sea view.
