The house is in a small complex of 4 houses, each one completely independent of the other and about 300 meters from the sea. This house is ideal for a family r group of friends that just want to relax, be close to the sea and enjoy the sea and sunset views.

The house is on two levels and consists of a ground and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a built in corner sofa, a dining area and a fireplace. Leading off the living room is a large bedroom with a double bed and ample cupboard space. Both the living room and the bedroom lead onto the front shaded terrace. From the living room there are 3 steps that lead to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed that leads onto a second shaded terrace, a bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a fireplace and a double bed that leads on to a shaded balcony.
