    Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. There are very few hotels, mostly private houses are rented out, most or all made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax, have good food and a great vacation.

    Τhe villa is on two levels and is set on a 2,000sq meters plot of land over looking the Bay of Koundouros. The main house, which is part of an old wind mill consists of a living room with a fireplace, a large dining area. a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. On the top floor of the wind mill is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Leading off the dining room there are stairs to the ground floor, where there is a small seating area with a fireplace and a built-in sofa bed. On this level there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,  second bedroom with two built-in single beds with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom.

    Connected to the main house there is a large guest house, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Near the Barbecue area there are two  guest houses, each with a bedroom (double bed) and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate staff room with an en-suite bathroom.

    The villa is surrounded by various large terraces, with stone built arches giving a dramatic affect. On one terrace is the large swimming pool with a covered seating and dining area, together with a bar. On another terrace is a large barbecue area with a wood oven and a built-in stone dining table.
