Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.
The property is 1 kilometer from the picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its well known fish restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques. The villa is ideal for those that want to be close to the action, but without the noise. The villa is also ideal for a large group of friends or 3 families.
The villa, which is 260sq meters, is set on a 4. 000 sq meters plot of land with a view of the Bay of Vourkari and a small bay called “The three sandy beaches”, Tris Amouthies. The beautiful small sandy beach of Tris Amouthies is only 5 to 6 minutes by foot from the villa and 2 minutes by car.
The villa, which is on two levels, is modern in design and has a large well lit living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level, which comes out onto the garden there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with one bathroom .
On the large terrace you can just relax on the “Oda” (enough room for 4″, or sit on the comfortable sofas and enjoy the view, whilst soaking up the sun.There is also a large shaded dining area (seats 12) which has a fantastic view of Vourkari and the sea.
